RETURNS

• All orders (including Made to Order) are not to be modified or cancelled beyond 24 hours of the purchase date.
• All sales are final. 
• We offer a 1 year repair warranty from the date of purchase on all chains.

 SHIPPING

• All chain orders will require an adult signature upon delivery.
• All items in stock ship within 2 business days.
• All items ‘Made to Order’ ship within 3-4 weeks to allow time for the production process.
